Construction Dust Doesn’t
Come Out in One Pass
Drywall and sawdust settle for days after the trades leave. A single wipe-down looks clean for an afternoon and then a film returns. We clean in two phases, rough and final, so the space stays clean.
Rough clean — debris removal, HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces, sticker and adhesive removal, first wipe of every horizontal surface.
Final clean — inside cabinets and drawers, window tracks and sills, light fixtures, vents, baseboards and trim, floors machine-cleaned, glass streak-free.
Handover ready — photo report on completion so you can sign off remotely, or walk it with us.
